Baseboards can be found in every house, apartment or Condo. Baseboards and shoe moulds are a part of the interior design, and they also cover the gaps you might have after installing a hardwood floor. Original 3” or 4” baseboards are being replaced with the new 5” to 7” baseboards which is used to trim and decorate the bottom part of walls.
Baseboards have a plain design and can be matched with other trims like casings and wainscotings. Baseboards do not have to match the crown moulding, because crown moulding is an accent piece and can be different in style.
Baseboard come in lengths of 14’ and 16’, primed white and ready for paint, you can choose to paint the baseboard the same color as all your other trim. They can be painted using white ceiling paint or customize it by painting it in a cream or any other color.
